A customized look for each individual. We discuss your makeup and hair desires to craft a look you'll love. Your appointment will begin with a spa-like skin prep experience that will be individualized to your skin type and any skin concerns. Next, we'll apply makeup to enhance your best features. The high-definition, water resistant makeup will last the entire day. From youthful skin to mature skin, we have the skills to make everyone look and feel beautiful.
makeup service includes:
- 40-60 minutes of service
- luxury skin prep
- choice of airbrush or traditional foundation
- false lashes (strips, individual, or both)
hair service includes:
- 30 minute service
- Long lasting curls or styling of your choice
- style will hold for the duration of your important day

photo finishing
$75
The goal with photo finishing is to give the client a healthy appearance, correct any redness, dark circles, and blemishes. This service corrects basic skin issues.

ON-LOCATION FEE ...... $25
for any on-site applications within our typical 30 mile service radius (from 55362) we charge a flat rate on-location fee
TRAVEL ....... $.80 / mile
for on-site applications outside of our typical 30 mile service radius, travel is calculated for every mile driven to/from the Hey Girl studio location (55362)

i'm probably not your typical makeup artist
You see, I love and appreciate a good glam moment but more often than not you'll find me rocking recycled day old hair and sporting the no makeup makeup look. 90% of my life is spent wearing comfy clothes. I live for the moment I can take my bra and pants off at the end of the day!
When I'm not working, you'll probably find me organizing a random area of my house or rubbing the bellies of my two dogs, Berks and Zo.

Yes! I have a dedicated studio space inside my home. It’s a beautiful, clean, naturally-lit space and I promise I will not be doing your makeup next to the water heater in a dark, creepy basement filled with storage. :) Since I do work from home, don't be alarmed when your GPS brings you into a residential development. If needed, I do also offer travel for on-location services for an additional fee.
The main difference is the longevity of airbrush foundation. While you can get a flawless finish with both traditional and airbrush, airbrush foundation is known to last much longer. The key distinction between airbrush makeup and traditional makeup is the way the product is applied.
- Traditional foundation is applied with a sponge or brush
- Airbrush makeup is applied with a air brush gun and air compressor to gently mist tiny pixels of foundation to your face. Air brush offers 15 hour wear and is water resistant
As much as I would love to offer extensive updo hair styling to my clients, my expertise is in professional, camera-ready makeup and simple everyday hair styling (curled, straight, simple braids). If you have something in mind, please send it my way and I can let you know if I can achieve it. If I can't accomodate it, I have a lot of wonderful hair artists that I'd be happy to recommend that I work closely with. Email me and I'd be happy to share my preferred hair vendor list.
False lashes are a great way to complete your makeup look. Each lash application is customized to our clients' eye shape and desired look - from very natural to full glam. We encourage false lashes for most of our clients. If you chose to forgo false lashes, or if you have lash extensions and don't require additional lashes, there is no cost adjustment for your makeup service.
We hear this a lot and our answer is yes! Each makeup application is customized for each of our clients. For photoshoots or special events, makeup can help you look refined while still looking like YOU. Want to retain your freckles but still look polished, we can do that! Want them covered up, we can do that, too!
I can accommodate as many as you need. Please keep in mind application times for your desired makeup services and the timeline for your event.
Absolutely! I pride myself in having a kit fully stocked with all shades of foundation. I welcome all races, religions, genders, orientations, and ethnicities.
Gratuity is not included. If you feel like your artist did an amazing job you are more than welcome to tip accordingly. Tips are never expected but always appreciated.
Cleanliness is my number one priority for every makeup application. I make sure that between each application and after every single job my kit is thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next client. This is a commitment of time and a lot of energy after a makeup application / getting home from a long work day, but it’s 100% worth it to know that I am doing everything I can to provide a clean application for each client.
